Dogwood Alliance names Balpreet Kaur as Director of People and Culture

Following a national search, Dogwood Alliance is thrilled to announce Balpreet Kaur as Dogwood's inaugural Director of People and Culture.

As an organizational scientist, Balpreet is committed to using data to design practices that benefit everyone within an organization. At the heart of Balpreet’s work is a commitment to strengthening the culture of belonging and understanding. Balpreet has led numerous training sessions for Justice, Equity, Diversitiy and Inclusion (JEDI) movement and has implemented policies and communications to help people feel safe and cared for.

Balpreet earned a Master of Applied Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern California and a BA in International Development and BS in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.
